 Join us for a hike at l-Aħrax tal-Mellieħa on the 17th of December at 15:00 where attendees from the Geoscience and Biology departments along with Din L-Art Ħelwa volunteers. This hike will give you the opportunity to learn about the geological formation, flora and fauna, and historical importance of one of the few remaining bastions of nature on the island.
We will also be starting the first of our citizen science programs where the general public can do science during their daily lives and even help out researchers! Download the app Epicollect5 from Play Store to input the insects we find along the hike into the database in aid of this project https://www.um.edu.mt/projects/paleosim/theproject/ .
