 S-Cubed is proud to announce our Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2023. Date : Wednesday 10th May Time : 19:00 Location: Science Lecture Theatre (SLT) This event will consist of the presentation of the annual reports by the outgoing S-Cubed Executive as well as the nomination of the new S-Cubed Executive board for the term 2023/2024.
S-Cubed reminds you of the importance, as science students, to attend the AGM in order to follow the work done in your interest by the Science Students’ Society. Any students wishing to apply for a position within the Executive for the next term is required to fill in the nomination form below, proposed and seconded by two science students. This form must be accompanied with a 200-word nomination speech as well as a digital photo of themselves. The aforementioned documents should be sent to the S-Cubed Secretary General, Giulia Montebello ([email protected]), by Wednesday 3rd May 2023, as stated in Article 5.7 of the statute: “Motions and nominations to be considered for a General Meeting should reach the Secretary General, seconded and in writing, by not later than three (3) working days before the meeting is to be held.” Link to Facebook event with forms: www.facebook.com/events/616921483349837 Comments are closed.
